2’n’out!!  Twice in one weekend… I need to stop doing that… First match: Robyn Petrosino, I lost 4 – 7.  I played “ok”… I was too careful at first, knowing she’s a really good player, I was trying too hard not to let her get to the table.  Which, of course, got her to the table faster.  Then, when I tried to bare down, I over did it.  I did get to a comfortable in between, but it was too late.

I’m ready for the next OB Cues Ladies 9-Ball Tour Stop!!  It’s in Waco on August 29th & 30th. Tony takes his chemo treatments every other week.  He goes in to the Cancer Center on Tuesday for about 3 to 4 hours, then they hook a pump up to him and he takes a slow drip of chemo for 46 hours.  These forty-six hours are becoming HELL.  Still not as bad as we were told they would be, but pretty bad.  They’ve had to change his nausea medicine because it gives him a massive headache, but it

How amazing it is to see a whole pool room full of talented ladies playing pool!!  This past weekend was the OB Cues Ladies’ 9-Ball Tour stop number 3 at The Billiard Den in Richardson Texas.  Just awesome!! Went down to the Billiard’s Den in Richardson, TX yesterday to watch Tony’s league play in his End of League Team Tournament.  (his team won…) I really enjoyed watching some good pool, drinking a beer or two, (or 6 or 10…), and lots’o’laughs with good friends. March 28th, there is a benefit pool tournament being held at Luke's Sports Bar and Grill in Sherman, TX.    Entry fee is $20 per person and it will be handicapped.  There will be raffles and a silent auction to raise money to help Tony and I with his rising medical expenses, as well as basic needs while he is off work. In the early morning of Jan. 31, 2009, I was preparing to head to Rusty's in Arlington, TX for the first stop of the OB Cues Ladies' 9-Ball Tour.  Tony got up and wasn't feeling well.  He asked me to take him to see the doctor instead of playing, so I did.  The doctor thought he had a urinary tract infection and gave him a shot and prescription, then sent him on his way.
